Honduras at 10.9% was second - the only year in this series where a Central American country ranks that high. The whole top fifteen fits between 12.2% and 4.4%, a spread of under eight points, compared with a 2024 leader above 24%. Vietnam sits last here at 4.4%, one year into a boom that would take it above 10% within twelve months. Chile, Italy and Australia are separated by two hundredths of a point at 9.0%, with Greece just above them.
