Refund Policy

1. Overview

This Refund Policy applies to all purchases made through ANYSTAT (anystat.ai). All payments are processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record. By subscribing to AI Pro, you agree to this policy.

2. Subscription Billing

• AI Pro subscriptions are billed monthly at $10.00 USD
• Billing occurs on the same day each month from your subscription start date
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date
• You will receive an email receipt after each successful payment

3. Cancellation

• You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
• You retain full AI Pro access until the period ends
• After cancellation, your account reverts to the Free tier (3 lifetime AI charts)
• Your existing charts remain live and accessible after cancellation

4. Refunds

Exceptions — we will issue a refund if:

• You were charged after cancelling your subscription due to a technical error on our side
• You were charged twice for the same billing period
• The AI Pro features were completely unavailable for more than 72 consecutive hours during your billing period due to a platform issue
• You contact us within 7 days of the charge and have not used any AI credits during that period

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email us at support@anystat.ai with:

• Your registered email address
• The date of the charge
• The reason for your refund request
• Your Paddle transaction ID (found in your receipt email)

We aim to respond to all refund requests within 3 business days. Approved refunds are processed by Paddle and may take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement.

6. Free Tier

The Free tier is provided at no cost. There are no refunds applicable to the free tier as no payment is made. The 3 free AI chart credits are non-transferable and non-refundable.

7. Price Changes

We reserve the right to change subscription pricing with at least 30 days' notice. If you do not agree with a price change, you may cancel before the new price takes effect. Refunds are not issued for price changes after the fact.

8. Payment Processing

All payments are processed by Paddle, who acts as our Merchant of Record. Paddle handles all billing disputes, chargebacks, and tax compliance. For billing issues related to Paddle directly, you may also contact Paddle support.
