Orbital launches flown by each rocket type in 2022, counting attempts rather than successes. Variants that carry their own designation are listed separately, so the individual Long March numbers appear on their own lines instead of as one family entry.
Analysis
Falcon 9 flew 61 times in 2022, 32.8% of the 186 orbital launches attempted worldwide and 2.5 times as often as Long March 2 on 24. The 14 rockets here account for 160 launches, 86.0% of the year. 7 of them are Chinese, 4 American and 1 Russian.
