About This Dataset

Sweden drew level with Ireland at the top of the Eurovision table in 2023, and the two got there by very different routes: Ireland's wins cluster in the 1990s, while Sweden's spread across five decades since ABBA in 1974. Luxembourg's five all came before 1984, from a country that then withdrew from the contest entirely for thirty years.
