Most Liked AI Apps on Hugging Face Spaces 2026

What this chart shows. The fifteen most liked Spaces on Hugging Face, read on 21 September 2026 at 08:19 UTC. Spaces are hosted demo applications, each one a git repository that redeploys when it is pushed to. deepsite leads with 16,610 likes, ahead of the Open LLM Leaderboard on 14,114 and the AI Comic Factory on 11,268. Three of the fifteen are leaderboards rather than tools, and the group holds 112,808 likes in total.

How the data is collected. The chart uses the Hub's public list of Spaces sorted by its own likes field, the same per-account like used for models and datasets, read on the date above, together with the framework each Space declares in its own configuration, which the API returns as its sdk field, and the running state the API reports for it. No number here is computed: the order is the Hub's own.

Background. The Hub offers three ways to build a Space: Gradio, Docker and static HTML. Eight of these fifteen are Gradio apps, four are Docker images and three are static pages. Static Spaces are free for everyone, while Gradio and Docker Spaces run on compute and require a paid plan, PRO for a personal account or Team and Enterprise for an organisation; free personal accounts in good standing can still run up to two Gradio Spaces on the shared ZeroGPU pool. Under the hood a Space is stored as a git repository like any model or dataset, and every push redeploys it.

Limits. A like is not a visit, and the Hub does not publish visitor counts for Spaces, so nothing here measures traffic. Likes also survive the app itself: two of these fifteen Spaces were not running when the list was read, one paused by its owner and one reporting a configuration error, and both keep their likes. Because likes accumulate from the day a Space is published, older demos carry an advantage, and only two of the fifteen were created in 2025 or later.
