Countries with the Fewest Internet Users 2024
The twenty countries with the lowest internet users (% of population) in 2024, from World Bank figures for the 172 countries that reported that year. Burundi records the lowest figure at 8.60, with Uganda (8.95) and Chad (12.63) next. The share of people who used the internet from any location in the last three months, collected by national household surveys. Countries survey in different years and word the question differently, so small gaps between neighbours are not meaningful.
