All medals - gold, silver and bronze together - won at the Paris Summer Olympics in 2024. Ranking by total rather than by gold changes the order, which is why the International Olympic Committee publishes the table by gold and many national broadcasters publish it by total.

The United States took 126 medals, 12.1% of the 1044 awarded and 1.38 times the 91 of China. 90 countries won at least one medal; the 15 here account for 65.8% of the medals. 7 of these 15 won fewer golds than a third of their medal haul. The smallest total on this chart is 18, by Spain.
