Countries with the Most Landline Phones 2024
About This Dataset
Countries with the Most Landline Phones 2024
Countries ranked by fixed telephone lines (per 100 people) in 2024, using World Bank figures for the 146 countries that reported that year. Monaco leads on 95.48, ahead of Andorra (64.95) and British Virgin Islands (61.93). Fixed telephone lines per 100 people. The measure is falling almost everywhere as mobile replaces it, so the ranking now describes where copper networks were built rather than where communication is strongest.
